Key Responsibilities

  •  Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking. 
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. 
  • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. 
  • Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and industry trends. 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation strategies and sales campaigns. 
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to senior management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, and sales, preferably within the Healthcare Industry.
  • Proven success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in sales tools. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Flexible with night shifts. Immediate joiner.
